The Magic Hour: We recap key goals of the Brand Blueprint so that we can make informed decisions that align with your brand goals. I'll reveal your mood board which includes the visual direction and logo presentation.
Live Collaboration: You share feedback, I'll make refinements. Real-time decisions help us move quickly and stay aligned.
Homepage Reveal: The full homepage is presented for review and feedback received.
Afternoon Build-Out: While you take a break, I'll continue working on:
- Finalizing site copy and incorporating feedback.
- Tech setup (e.g. lead capture, ownership handoff)
- Beginning branded collateral (business cards, social assets, presentation templates, newsletters)
Evening Preview: We close the day by sharing progress on interior pages or marketing assets for feedback.
Wrap Up and Launch!
Day two is when we put the finishing touches on everything.
Files are delivered and/or your site is live!
Mid-Day: Present the full website or set of deliverables. You'll receive a special link to the website where you can leave feedback directly on the site with any final questions or requests.
Mid-Afternoon: We'll meet to review your requests, present any outstanding items, and train you on how to make simple edits.
Late-Afternoon: Finishing touches are made (replacing placeholder images with purchased stock photos, updating social share images, adding meta descriptions, transferring the site to your account, configuring DNS, setting up analytics, etc.)
End of Day: Wrap up meeting. Website is live and/or deliverables are finalized. A ZIP file is provided the following business day.
