Brand Blueprint

Terms and Conditions

    1. Non-Refundable Payment
      The fee for the Brand Blueprint is non-refundable. Once payment is submitted and your session is confirmed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including scheduling conflicts or changes in circumstances.

    1. Deliverables
      Your Brand Blueprint includes a single PDF document summarizing strategic insights, positioning, and recommendations. This document will be delivered following your scheduled session and internal review.

  1. Stakeholder Participation
    To ensure the most accurate and actionable outcome, all key stakeholders and decision-makers must attend the live interview and follow-up session. Their presence is critical to the process.
  • If one or more stakeholders cannot attend, you may request to reschedule at no additional cost.
  • However, a missed session or lack of participation is not grounds for a refund.
  1. Applying the Blueprint Fee to Future Work
    If you choose to move forward with one of the recommended packages following delivery of the Brand Blueprint, the full cost of this session will be credited toward your future project with us.
